Ian helped me access a shift that has changed my life forever. Before our work together, I was incapable of truly loving. I confused love with validation and lived in unconscious emotional contracts that left me shattered and disconnected. He helped me build a foundation from which I can now truly love myself and others, without transaction or grasping.
I came to Ian at a moment when I was in a new relationship and could feel old emotional patterns resurfacing.. reactivity, insecurity, people-pleasing, and a deep fear of abandonment. I knew if I didn’t address them, I would repeat the same cycles I had lived in for years, hurting myself and the people I loved.
Ian helped me start at the foundation: my health, habits, and nervous system. As I began eating better, sleeping more, and removing numbing behaviors, I gained clarity and emotional stability I didn’t realize was possible.

Through the questions he asked me, he helped me gain clarity around the struggles I was dealing with. We identified the issues and the root causes and worked through them together. When we started working together, I was fresh off divorcing my ex-husband, and I was worried about being on my own and many aspects of my life. He helped me identify what I wanted from life and helped me build confidence to explore who I am and how I want to live.
