For the past decade, I’ve worked as a life coach and mentor, helping people navigate periods of stress, uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, and major life transition.
My work has always centered around helping people better understand themselves – not just intellectually, but practically – so they can create real, sustainable change in how they think, live, and respond to challenges.
A large part of my perspective has been shaped by living in quieter, rural environments and spending significant time connected to nature. Those experiences taught me the importance of slowing down, simplifying life, and paying closer attention to both mental and physical well-being.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in the deeper patterns that drive behavior, emotions, habits, and decision-making. That led me to develop a coaching approach that combines self-awareness, practical action, emotional growth, and holistic health to help people build greater clarity, confidence, and direction in their lives.

Ian helped me access a shift that has changed my life forever. Before our work together, I was incapable of truly loving. I confused love with validation and lived in unconscious emotional contracts that left me shattered and disconnected. He helped me build a foundation from which I can now truly love myself and others, without transaction or grasping.
I came to Ian at a moment when I was in a new relationship and could feel old emotional patterns resurfacing.. reactivity, insecurity, people-pleasing, and a deep fear of abandonment. I knew if I didn’t address them, I would repeat the same cycles I had lived in for years, hurting myself and the people I loved.
Ian helped me start at the foundation: my health, habits, and nervous system. As I began eating better, sleeping more, and removing numbing behaviors, I gained clarity and emotional stability I didn’t realize was possible.
Working with Ian has helped me grow in various ways. The opportunity to talk about myself and reflect on past issues is something that I have never been able to do. Through the questions he asked me, he helped me gain clarity around the struggles I was dealing with. We identified the issues and the root causes and worked through them together. When we started working together, I was fresh off divorcing my ex-husband, and I was worried about being on my own and many aspects of my life. He helped me identify what I wanted from life and helped me build confidence to explore who I am and how I want to live.
Before I worked with Ian, I would be nervous to walk down the street in fear of street harassment. Now, I feel confident, and when my anxiety does arise, I know how to have a healthy conversation with myself and not make decisions based on fear but on reason.
