I was born and raised in Philadelphia, and the city and the people in it will always be part of who I am. These days I live in Ecuador and work with clients entirely online. Working this way keeps my overhead low, which lets me offer affordable one-on-one coaching while helping people in Philadelphia and well beyond it make real changes.
The way I work is practical and collaborative, and you deal with me directly from the first call through to the last. I coach adults working through overthinking and self-doubt, career uncertainty and life transitions, disorganization and follow-through, self-sabotage and habit change, and relationship and communication patterns. The aim is clarity, structure, and habits that keep working for you long after the sessions end. Learn more about all of my services.
Point Breeze takes its name from the 19th century Point Breeze Park racetrack and the gas works that once stood along the Schuylkill, and it has been one of the fastest changing neighborhoods in Philadelphia over the past decade.
I work with clients across Point Breeze and the surrounding South Philadelphia neighborhoods, including Grays Ferry, Newbold, Girard Estate, and Passyunk Square. Because coaching happens entirely online, sessions fit around your day instead of adding a commute to it, whether that is early before work, on a lunch break, or once the evening settles down.
I also work with clients in Graduate Hospital, Bella Vista, and Queen Village, along with nearby suburbs such as Darby, Collingdale, and Springfield. The Philadelphia hub page gives an overview of the practice as a whole, the FAQ covers the questions people ask most often, and you can book a free consultation whenever you feel ready.
Everything starts with a free consultation. It is a short call, there is nothing to pay and nothing to commit to, and its only job is to work out whether coaching is the right fit for what you are dealing with.
Sessions run about an hour and are scheduled around your working week. Book a single session for one specific decision, or move into ongoing coaching with accountability between calls.
You leave each session with something specific to apply, and we open the next one with what happened when you tried it. Browse the 5 Elements framework and the free resources, or book a free consultation when you are ready.
