As someone who was born and raised in Philadelphia, I will always carry the city and its people with me. I now live in Ecuador and coach clients entirely online. That setup gives me the flexibility to keep one-on-one coaching affordable, without the overhead of a traditional office, while helping people in Philadelphia and beyond make meaningful changes in their lives.
I take a practical, collaborative approach, and you work directly with me through the entire process. I coach adults who are navigating overthinking and self-doubt, career uncertainty and life transitions, disorganization and follow-through, self-sabotage and habit change, and relationship and communication patterns. The goal is to help you build clarity, structure, and habits that keep working for you long after coaching ends. Learn more about all of my services.
For much of the 20th century, Allegheny West was a major industrial center, home to the Tasty Baking Company, maker of Tastykake, and the Budd Company along Hunting Park Avenue.
I work with clients across Allegheny West as well as nearby North Philadelphia neighborhoods, including Tioga, Swampoodle, and East Falls. Since coaching is entirely online, clients can fit sessions around their schedules without a trip across the city – whether that means meeting early in the morning or in the evening after work.
I also coach clients in Strawberry Mansion, Nicetown, and Stanton, as well as in nearby suburbs including Bala Cynwyd, Narberth, and Ardmore. For a fuller picture, the Philadelphia hub page covers the practice as a whole, the FAQ answers some of the most common questions about coaching, and you can book a free consultation whenever you are ready.
Everything starts with a free consultation. It is a short call, there is nothing to pay and nothing to commit to, and its only job is to work out whether coaching is the right fit for what you are dealing with.
Sessions run about an hour and are scheduled around your working week. Book a single session for one specific decision, or move into ongoing coaching with accountability between calls.
You leave each session with something specific to apply, and we open the next one with what happened when you tried it. Browse the 5 Elements framework and the free resources, or book a free consultation when you are ready.
