Are you a podcast host or producer looking for a guest who can speak openly about overthinking, feeling stuck, and building habits that actually last? Looking for a grounded voice on self-sabotage, career transitions, burnout, or rebuilding after a major setback?
You’ve come to the right place. I’m Ian Lewis, a holistic life coach and the founder of Coach Lewis Collective. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, I now live on a rural farm in Ecuador, and I work with clients entirely online.
I’ve been coaching in one form or another for more than 10 years, from coaching sports in three countries to working with kids with special needs, and I’ve helped more than 100 people work through stress and feeling stuck. I’ve also joined the Soul Bridge podcast to talk about confronting self-hate and breaking the patterns that keep people stuck.
I’d love to join your show, and I’m easy to schedule. Ecuador shares a clock with US Eastern time for much of the year, so recording with US hosts is simple.

To protect client confidentiality, I don’t discuss current or former clients or share their stories. I’m happy to talk about common patterns, practical tools, and guidance your listeners can use right away.
As a coach rather than a licensed therapist, I speak to the practical, day-to-day side of these topics: habits, structure, mindset, and follow-through. For clinical questions about diagnosis or treatment, a licensed mental health professional is the right source.
Most of my work centers on people who already know what they want to change but keep getting pulled back into old patterns. I can speak to:
My coaching is shaped by my own life. I’m mixed race and grew up in one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the US. I’ve started businesses, led teams, and worked through sudden career shifts in four different countries.
At 21, I was falsely accused of a crime that carried a potential prison sentence of 10 to 15 years. The case was dismissed, but the three-year ordeal sent me searching for healing. I worked through PTSD, reframed the beliefs and patterns that were holding me back, and moved with my partner to a rural farm in Ecuador to live closer to the land.
That experience is a big part of why I can speak honestly about rebuilding when life falls apart, and why my approach starts with the foundations: health, habits, and the nervous system. From there, I use my 5 Elements of Life framework to look at the whole picture instead of one piece of it. Read more about my background.
The fastest way to reach me is by email at contact@coachlewiscollective.com. Please include your name, your show, the topic or episode idea you have in mind, and a few recording dates that work for you. I reply within 24 hours.
You can also get a feel for how I speak on camera through my videos and on YouTube and Instagram.
