About Me

I specialize in holistic coaching, focusing on the five components of health: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.

My role is to help you make sense of what’s going on internally and translate it into practical steps you can actually apply in your life.

My process starts with identifying root causes, then working through them with structure, awareness, and accountability. From there, we address habits and self-sabotage patterns so change becomes sustainable instead of temporary.

Over time, we also explore deeper layers of identity, meaning, and inner stability — so growth isn’t just behavioral, but fundamental.

The goal is simple: create more space in your life for what actually matters — health, relationships, direction, and purpose.
